1.Which regions support delivery

In order to ensure the quality of our service, only orders from the United States are supported at this time.

Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2.Delivery time

All orders will be processed within 1-3  business days .

We are available Monday through Friday from 10:00AM-10:00PM (CST).

Orders placed after 10:00 PM (CST) on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

Orders are not processed at weekends.

In the event of a large-scale event, the number of active orders increases sharply, and there will be a slight delay in delivery. Please forgive me.

3.Freight methods and charges

For all US orders, we use FedEx to ship for free, no courier fees, and arrive at destination within 2-8 business Days  after courier shipment.

4.How to deal with the long transportation time of the goods?

If the user does not receive the goods within the standard delivery time(11 business days), you can contact us through [email protected], and we will try our best to help you contact the logistics company.

5.What should I do if the order processing time is too long?

Please refer to point 2 for delivery time. We are sorry if there is a timeout.

You can contact us by mail [email protected]; we will process your order as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account.

6.Sign for receipt

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.

If the mattress is damaged or scratched, please reject it and contact customer service in time, we will follow up in time;

If you find any damage after receiving the goods, please contact us in time and we will take care of it properly.

If others sign for receipt, it shall be deemed that the consignee himself signed for receipt;

If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (non-quality issues), the freight will be borne by the customer.

7.Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed, undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not take any responsibility.

8.Sales Tax/Remittance Fee

Sales tax/remittance fees are borne by the customer.

We accept US dollars for payment. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.

We strongly recommend customers to register an account with us to track their orders.

9.Way of packaging

Our mattresses are larger, so they are wrapped in foam boards and then put into large cardboard boxes to seal, and we will ship all products together.


Please check the order information carefully before payment.

Shipping information cannot be changed after shipping. If the address cannot be delivered due to the wrong address, if you need to modify the address, you can send an email to [email protected], and we will try our best to contact the courier company to modify it.

The resulting additional shipping or additional charges are borne by the customer.
