1.How to deal with the long transportation time of the goods?

2.What should I do if the order processing time is too long?

 All orders will be processed within 1-3  business Days .

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a large-scale event, the number of active orders increases sharply, and there will be a slight delay in delivery.

You can contact us by mail [email protected] ; we will process your order as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account.

3.How to cancel the order?

After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, our orders will enter the packing process, once packed it is impossible to cancel the return, please understand our work, thank you.

4.How to return validity period?

Our returns are valid until 14 nature days after the item arrives.

We will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange if it has been more than 14 nature days since you received the item.

Newly purchased children’s mattresses on this site do not affect secondary sales.

Within the validity period of the return, please negotiate with our customer service through email [email protected]  to return the goods.

(Man-made or externally damaged products, such as children’s mattresses that have been used or washed after arrival, are not accepted)

5.What if the product is damaged during shipping?

We regret that you did not receive the item in perfect condition, please email your proof of purchase to [email protected] and we will arrange for a reissue or partial refund.
